Return Policy

At Ecusense®, we believe it is important that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order within the statutory reflection period.

Return period
You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product without giving reasons. This means you can send back your product within this period.
Return procedure:

• Notify your return by contacting our customer service via email.
  
  
• Carefully pack the product, preferably in the original packaging, and include all accessories and any documents.

Return shipping costs
The costs of returning are at your own expense, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned product in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method. This will be done within 14 days after receiving the product at the latest.

Conditions
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and complete. Products damaged by careless packaging during return may be refused or lead to partial refunds.
