At Ecusense®, your order is carefully processed and shipped as soon as possible. All deliveries are made to the address you provide.
If Ecusense is unable to deliver within a reasonable time, you will be notified. In that case, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a track & trace code so you can easily follow your package.
The risk of damage or loss of products transfers to you once they have been delivered to the specified address. Therefore, please ensure the delivery address is correct and accessible.
